• We provide Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh.
• Delivery Charges:
  • Inside Dhaka: 70 TK
  • Outside Dhaka: 150 TK
• Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days, depending on the location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• If you don’t like the color of your purchased item, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
